No. You still need to go through the ESDS process — testing in the sandbox environment and getting certified by the ESDS team before you can go live.

Yes and yes. We'll help guide you through testing and what needs to happen to get to go-live, but you do need to be on the platform first since everything is built within it.

It gives you a working system to handle ESDS billing without rebuilding everything yourself. We've already done the heavy lifting — figuring out structure, formatting, and workflows that actually function in real life — so you're not starting from scratch.

You import your visits, generate the XML and 837P files ESDS requires, and submit — batching the entire billing cycle instead of processing each session individually.

No. Your EMR stays your EMR. Your session notes stay there. This is built specifically for the ESDS side — what needs to be submitted, formatted, and adjusted as the system changes.

No. BillUnlimited is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Florida Early Steps program, AHCA, or any state agency. It is a tool built by an active Early Steps agency to handle the submission process ESDS requires.

The one-time fee covers access to everything that's already been built. The monthly cost is because ESDS is going to keep changing, and we're continuing to update, fix, and adjust this as that happens so you don't have to keep reworking your entire process.

It also includes support in helping you get through testing and to go-live — because that process is not straightforward.

We update the system. That's the whole point — you're not stuck trying to figure out what broke and how to fix it every time something shifts.

Plans are based on the number of providers using the system. If you're unsure, choose the closest fit or reach out — we'll help you make sure you're on the right plan.

You'll move into the next plan. This is based on provider count so the system continues to function properly for your agency size.
